This App is purposefully designed to operate entirely on the user’s device and does not collect, transmit, store, or share any personal information or user-generated data.

By using the App, you acknowledge that all processing takes place locally on your device and that no data leaves your device under any circumstances.

All computational and operational processes are executed exclusively on the user’s device. No user data, metadata, or application output is sent to external servers, third-party services, or any remote infrastructure controlled by the developer or any affiliated entity.

Specifically:

  • The App does not connect to the internet for the purpose of data transmission.
  • No data is uploaded, synchronized, or backed up externally.
  • No analytics, telemetry, or crash reporting frameworks are implemented.

As a result, there is no flow of user information outside the device and no possibility of remote access to user data.

4. Third Parties and Affiliates

The App does not use or integrate with:

  • Advertising networks or tracking SDKs;
  • Analytics providers;
  • Cloud services or storage providers;
  • Third-party APIs or software libraries that process user data;
  • Affiliates, partners, or subcontractors handling personal information.

All components of the App are self-contained and operate solely within the boundaries of the user’s local environment.

5. Data Retention

Because the App does not collect or transmit any personal or usage data, there is no data retention policy applicable. Any data created or managed within the App remains solely on the user’s device and is fully under the user’s control. Deleting the App from the device permanently removes any locally stored data associated with its use.

6. Data Security and Breach Risk

As the App performs no network communication and stores no user data externally, the risk of a data breach is nonexistent. The security of any locally stored content is determined entirely by the user’s device and its operating system protections (such as device encryption and access controls).

7. Children’s Privacy

Since the App does not collect, transmit, or share any personal data, it complies with all applicable privacy regulations, including the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and equivalent international frameworks. The App does not knowingly collect data from anyone, including children under the age of 13.

8. Changes to This Policy

If future updates to the App introduce any features involving data collection or transmission, this Privacy Policy will be updated accordingly. Any material changes will be clearly communicated through an updated version of this document available with the App listing on the Apple App Store.
